We offer 3 different levels depending on how much experience you have and on what you are looking for:

Gentle / Beginners: a very gentle practice at the end of a busy day. Everyone can join. If you have never done yoga before, this is a great class to start with. The emphasis is on gentle stretches, breathing and relaxation.

All: suitable to everyone regardless of experience or lack of it. Modifications and alternatives are given to suit different levels of experience.

Intermediate: a minimum of 3 years of regular practice is recommended before joining as the practices tend to be more vigorous.
